She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence "Pete" Carpenter and Erline Nichols Carpenter; and her sisters-in-law, Bettye Carpenter and Patricia Carpenter. She is survived by: her husband Gary D. Dyer; her children, Christopher Dyer (Nancy) of Fairlawn, Gregory Dyer (Tammy) of New Philadelphia and Kimberly Dyer-Devore (Doug Clum) of New Philadelphia; her grandchildren, Shane Dyer, Chad Anderson, Kiley, Kayla Dyer, Sydney and Louis Devore; and her siblings, Gary Carpenter (JoAnn), John Carpenter, Richard Carpenter and Brenda Briley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
