It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delbert Wayne Flynn (New Philadelphia, Ohio), born in Perry, Ohio, who passed away on October 30, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard D. Flynn and Ruth Flynn (Ankrum); and his siblings, Ruthie L. Stress (Robert) and Weldon D. Flynn. He is survived by: his children, Carol Richardson of Strasburg, Rick Flynn of Dover, Rhonda Angel (Bill) of Sugarcreek, Paula Truax (Tim) of Dover and Charlotte Burtscher (Ron) of Dover. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
