It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Miller of New Philadelphia, Ohio, born in Dennison, Ohio, who passed away on October 30, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Garrett and Shirley Holcomb Garrett. She is survived by: her husband Steve; her sons, Leland "Lee" Miller (Virginia) of Dover and Shawn Miller (Robin) of New Philadelphia; her grandchildren, Devan, Darius, Sekou, Anson, Mark and Shelby; her great grandchildren, Jude, Kraven and Julian; and her brothers, Louie Garrett (Vickie) and Kelly Garrett. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
