She was predeceased by: her parents, George D. Hawk and Ann Hawk; and her husband George W.. She is survived by: her children, J. D. Thompson (Trish) of Wilmington, N. C., Paul Thompson (Jodie) of Hebron and Anne Porter (Tim) of Dennison, Ohio; her grandchildren, Trevor, Griffin, Ashlyn, Alejandra, Gabe and Blaike; and her sisters, Jackie Dunlap (Cliff) of Cadiz, Gay Hawk (Bonnie) of Chesterfield, Karen Williams and Betty Lee (Dale). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
