He is survived by: his wife Betty Hurst (Amacher); his daughters, Lori Perkowski (John) of Dover and Nicole Raiff (Michael) of Pace, Florida; his grandchildren, Justin Perkowski (Erin), Dr. Casey Perkowski (Kourtney), Trey Perkowski (Brittany), Brianna Raiff and Thomas Raiff; his great grandchildren, Piper, Bella, Kinley, Rory, Jase, Sawyer, Reagan and McGuire Perkowski; his brothers, Thomas Hurst (Peggy) and John "Jack" Hurst (Carole); and his sister-in-law Janet Hurst.
