With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daryl L. Jackson (New Philadelphia, Ohio), born in Vermillion, South Dakota, who passed away on October 4, 2019 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Jackson and Adele Hansen Jackson; his former wife Carol Jackson; his sister Pam Jackson; and his stepdaughter Julie Day.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian Swartz Slentz Jackson; his daughters, Cheryl Snyder (Patrick) of Dover, Suzanne Kaiser (Dan) of Italy, Michelle McQueen (Steve) of New Philadelphia and Krista McKee (Jason) of Sunbury; his stepchildren, David Slentz (Marietta) of Dover and Beth Conidi (Tom) of Coshocton; and his siblings, Jerry Jackson (Sue) of Minnesota and Kay Brock (Dexter) of South Dakota. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 12 step-grandchildren and 10 step-great grandchildren.
