He was predeceased by: his son Andrew Francis Billman; his parents, Raymond Billman and Eleanor Billman (Beddell); his brothers, Jeff, Bryan, Raymond (Louie) and Mark Billman; his great grandchildren, Antonio Lopez, Amelia Merry and Harley Hartshorne; and his son-in-law Isaac Franklyn Poole III.

He is survived by: his significant other Fran Schneider; his children, Deanna Riesdorph (Nelson), Danielle Billman, Carla Polilli (Otto), Katie Billman and Daniel Billman II (Heather); his grandchildren, Andrew Bethards (Lacey), Colton Sterling (Kylynn), Melisa Kae, Kari Merry (Adam), Kasey Lopez (Jose), Robert Hartshorne, Ryan Hartshorne, Riley Hartshorne, Olivia Poole, Arian Poole, Abigail McCauley (Cason), Otto Polilli IV, Samantha, Emma, Lily, Ava, Arianna and Roman Billman; his great grandchildren, Calionna, Avery, Karina, Karmella, Blake, Hudson, Haisley, Brynlee, Marybella, Callie and James; and his siblings, Ronald Billman, Lisa Doney and Thomas Malone. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The ADAMHS board of Tuscarawas and Carroll counties and Community Hospice Truman House.
