She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W. Frey and Gretta Mae Durbin Frey; her daughter Darlene; and her sister Ginny Ault. She is survived by: her husband Dalton W. Renner; her children, Carol Lippencott (Ryan) of Mineral City and Darin Renner of New Philadelphia; her sister Karen Morrison (Tom) of New Philadelphia; and her brother-in-law Lee Renner of New Philadelphia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.

The family suggests that contributions in Cindy's memory be made to Jerusalem Church, 1417 Stone Creek Rd. S.W., or, Fry's Valley Moravian Church, 594 Fry's Valley Rd. S.W., both addresses at New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663.
