He is survived by: his parent Ethel Mae Kerper Fox; his wife Nita Jo Rummell; his sons, Carl Martin Heavilin of New Philadelphia and Charles Renicker (Peg) of Carrollton; his siblings, Charles R. Heavilin of New Philadelphia and Glenda Fox of Carrollton; and his mother-in-law Emily Rummell of New Philadelphia.
