He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Raymond and Lena A. Fouts (Long); his wife Louise A. Fouts; his brothers, Frank (Norma), John (Maxine) and Joe Fouts (Peg); and his parents-in-law, Clyde and Leona Ridgeway (Bennington).
He is survived by: his daughter Taffy Fouts (Mark Beaber) of New Philadelphia; his nephew Clyde; and also Jerri Meek.
