It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence E. Kandel of New Philadelphia, Ohio, born in Walnut Creek, Ohio, who passed away on July 14, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel W. Kandel and Alma Kandel (Sommers); his wife Barbara McMahan; his daughter GiGi Abel; and his brothers, Robert, Durlan and Glenn Kandel.

He is survived by: his daughter Erica Kandel (Chris Rhodes) of New Philadelphia, Ohio; his grandchildren, Bella Kandel of New Philadelphia, Aynsley Robinson of Virginia and Emma Robinson of Virginia; and his sisters, Nancy Schneider of Dundee and Minnie Riffle of Georgia.
