He is survived by: his wife Blanche Armstrong (Clark); his daughters, Gena Incarnato (Mark) of New Philadelphia, Terri Sholl (David) of Johnstown and Deanna Horn (Jeff) of New Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Gabriel, Nicholas Incarnato, Brandon (Stephanie), Tyler Sholl (Sarah), Brock, Brant and Brody Horn; and his sisters, Ruth Murphy of Barnesville, Jane Sullivan (Bill) of Barnesville and Pat Clark (Roy) of Barnesville.
