She was predeceased by: her mother Judy Basiewicz; her great-grandparent Amelia Wassem; her grandparents, Anton and Mildred Basiewicz; and her aunts and uncles, Terry, Todd Stephan and Steve Basiewicz.
She is survived by: her father Christopher Wassem of New Philadelphia; her brothers, Rylan Wassem of Dover and Nathan Fensler of Dover; her nieces, Elizabeth and Natalie Fensler; and her aunts and uncles, Tony (Sharon Basiewicz), Rick (Connie Miller), Michael (Maureen Basiewicz), Tom Basiewicz, Nell White, Lucia (Pat Wellington) and Peggy (Eric Vitt).
In doing so, the family requests memorial contributions in her name be directed to the ADAMHS Board of Tuscarawas and Carroll Counties, 119 Garland Drive SW, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663.
