She is survived by: her children, Lloyd MacAdam (Carol) of New Philadelphia, Lisa Eberle of New Philadelphia and Lyle MacAdam (Stephanie) of California; her siblings, Donald Koffroth, Cathy Drew, Betsy Smith, Danny Campbell and Janet Robb; her grandsons, John, Luke, Joseph and James MacAdam; her siblings, Alexander, Nathan, Griffin Hayes, Joshua MacAdam and Leah Golden; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Ellie, Shepard, Meyer, Holly, Clara, Jessica MacAdam, Olivia Hayes, Aela, Maddie and Caiti Golden.
