It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Chester Sellards of New Philadelphia, Ohio, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on November 26, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Sellards and Alberta Douglas Sellards; and his siblings, Bernie and Gloria. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Crabtree-Sellards; his daughter Melissa Vender (Will) of Dover; his grandchildren, Willow Rose and Connor Vender; his sons, Brandon McGinnis (Ginny) and Brian Sellards; his stepson David Crabtree (Karen) of Huntington; his brothers, Kenny Sellards (Barb) and Larry Sellards (Laura); and his sister-in-law Dagnia "Did" Meek. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
At this time, the six-foot rule will be honored and all guests are required to wear a mask to enter the funeral home.
