He was predeceased by: his father Charles D. Jones; his siblings, Kelly Ann Jones and Matthew Roy Jones; and his grandparents, Laon, Pauline Hershberger, Roy and Sara Jones.

He is survived by: his mother Linda Hershberger Jones of New Philadelphia; his siblings, Taylor Jones of New Philadelphia and Ashley Smitley (Brandon) of New Philadelphia; and his nephews, Laon and Miles Smitley.
