He is survived by: his parent Ernestine Fisher (Porter); his daughters, Angela Calkins (Jason) and Katie Farnsworth (Jason); and his siblings, Ann Hostetler (Bill) and Jim Fisher (Casey). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
