It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles E. Garrett of New Philadelphia, Ohio, who passed away on October 15, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Garrett and Elizabeth Renicker Garrett; his siblings, Cecil, Curtis, Orland Garrett, Viola Corpman, Thelma Menefee, Frances Locker and Arleina Jordan; and his grandsons, Joshua Clark and Todd Grove.
He is survived by: his wife Clara Homan Garrett; and his children, Arlena Price of Strasburg, Monica Clark (Buster) of Uhrichsville, Terri Hutchison (Randy) of Uhrichsville, Toni Jo Snively of Uhrichsville, Keith Garrett of Uhrichsville, Kelly Garrett (Mandee) of Uhrichsville, Kim Grove (Jeff) of Uhrichsville, John Garrett (Theresa) of Newcomerstown, Suzette McGinnis of Newcomerstown, Steve Hess (Renee) of Florida, Julie Polka of New Philadelphia and Jamie Garrett of New Philadelphia. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
