She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward M. Penick and Violet Penick (Smitley); and her husband Elmer D. Meese, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Elmer Meese (Becky), Mike Meese, Amber Ricker (Ted) and Robin Tumbling (Gary); her daughter-in-law Cheryl Meese; her brother-in-law Lloyd Meese; her son Randy; and her brothers, Edward and Jerry Penick. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
