She was predeceased by: her parents, Williard McCartney and Pauline McCartney (Richmond); and her spouse Francis M. Weist. She is survived by: her grandson Joe Northrop; her sister Mona Jean McCartney; her stepchildren, Tamie Weist and Richard Quillen; her children, Tom Northrop (Sharon) of Dover, Tim Northrop (Linda) of New Philadelphia and Trisha Birceanu (Sabastian) of Massillon; her grandson Tom Northrop; her stepdaughter Tracie Smith (John) of Dover; and her stepgrandchildren, Amy Smith, Randi Garrison (Dan), Dawn Ravine (Chris), Andy Smith (Katie), Erik Smith (Michelle) and Ryan Kopp (Lesley). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
