It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Kay Althouse of New Philadelphia, Ohio, born in Bannock, Ohio, who passed away on October 8, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles R. Scott and Faye Irene Scott (Piper); her aunt Beanie; her husband Ron Althouse; and her siblings, Charles "Bo" Scott and Judy Lucas.
She is survived by: her sisters, Claudetta Waggle (Robert) of Bannock, Victoria Meese (David) of Gahanna and Sandra Gustkey of Dover; her nieces and nephews, Kelly Hettinger (Danny) of Columbus, Thad Meese (Beth) of Hudson, Robbie Waggle (Della) of Bannock and Jamie Gustkey (Sharon) of Dover; and her grandchildren, Hettinger, Julia, Hanna Meese, Josh, Jessie Waggle, Lydia Gustkey and Carla Riley of Daytona Beach, Florida..
