She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Taylor and Mazel Taylor (Patrick); her spouse Jerry L. Affolter; her granddaughter Bonnie Fornash; her brothers, Charles, Dean Taylor and Eddie Patrick; her sister-in-law Kay Taylor; and her friend Jim Rufer.

She is survived by: her children, Debbie Rehard (Corey), David Affolter (Shelly) and Duane Affolter (Sarah); her grandchildren, Eric Affolter (Emily), Taylor Bertone (Jacob) and Tess Affolter; her stepgranddaughters, Madison and Breanna Rehard; her brother Clare Taylor (Jean); her siblings-in-law, Delores Taylor, Betty Troendly and Terry Affolter; and her close friend Leonard Hendershot. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
