She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Clark and Katherine Clark (Mace); her siblings, Mamie Lykins, Credella Shriver, Robert, Russell, Leroy, Elroy and Charles Clark; and her grandson Bryce Horn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gena Incarnato (Mark) of New Philadelphia, Terri Sholl (David) of Johnstown and Deanna Horn (Jeff) of New Philadelphia; her grandchildren, Gabriel, Nicholas Incarnato, Brandon (Stephanie), Tyler Sholl (Sarah), Brock (Morganne Balder), Brant (Lily Padilla) and Brody Horn (Jarrett Troyer); her great grandchildren, Wyatt Sholl, Parker Horn and Archie Sholl; and her siblings, Elizabeth Kelley, Mabel McClurg, Esther Dailey and Bernard Clark.
