She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Ebersole and Noel Edward Ebersole; her husband Alva D. Cox; her daughter Tammy Lynn Johnson; her grandchildren, Kelsey, Tanner and Conner; and her sisters, Jane Smith, Juda Schaar, Bertha Parsons (Larry) and Ada Mullet.
She is survived by: her sons, Ed Johnson (Trina) of Strasburg, Ted Johnson (Connie) of Sugarcreek, Fred Johnson (Sheri) of Millersburg and Ned Johnson (Tiffany) of Sugarcreek; her grandchildren, Mikayla, Brandon, Austin, Tiffany, Eileizia, Sierra, Andrea, Jordan and Madison; and her brothers-in-law, Bob Smith of Fresno, Sid Schaar of Orville and Bruce Mullet of Loudonville. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
