He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Devore and Gertrude Mintzer Devore; his brother Ronald Devore; his grandson Joshua; his great grandchild Tyler; and his parents-in-law, Emma and John Plumley.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Plumley; his children, Bob Recco (Kathy), Kenneth Recco (Sondra), Rick Recco, Christina Recco, Kevin Recco, Dawn Bricker (Ty), Scott Glauser, Myndi Devore and Kelli Devore; his grandchildren, Sam, Jesse, Mandi, Stephen, Kari, Rick, Jr., Lindsey, Barry, Brandi, Curtis, Colton, Anthony, Emma, Lexi, Max, Zac and Arlo; his siblings, Jerry Devore (Ginger) and Patricia Medellin; and his siblings-in-law, Barb Devore, Glenna Simms (Mick), Margaret Williamson, Joann Butler (Sonny), Billie Colvin and John Plumley, Jr. (Karen). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
