She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Slocum and Margaret Watkins Slocum; her stepfather Harold "Doc" Barr; her husband Donald D. Devore; her brothers, Robert Slocum and Frank Jr. Slocum; and her grandchildren, Ryan and Jaclyn Douglas.
She is survived by: her children, Donald E. Devore (Lori), Ricky A. Devore (Connie), Connie Douglas (John), Cindy Weigand (Michael) and James L. Devore; her brothers, George Slocum, Clarence Slocum and Ralph Barr; and her close friend Bill Goshorn. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.
