He was predeceased by: his father Robert A. Rogers; and his sister Rebecca Rogers. He is survived by: his mother Carol M. Zinssar Rogers of Dover; his siblings, Faith Rogers of Dover and David Rogers of Dover; his grandfather Raymond Zinssar of Ballston Lake; and his friends, James Reardon and Ben Goehring. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Andrew was always known for his generosity and that was seen in his passing, where he gave the gift of life to many others through his donations to LifeBanc.
