Johnson; his stepdaughter Lisa Guenther (Korey); his siblings, Sue Gabbard, Margie Carrier, Carolyn Turner, Ann Cail, Jay Johnson and Dale Johnson; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Kobey, Jalisa, Kaleb Guenther, Ben Ballinger (Joy), Mallory, Allyson, Kendyl, Krystle, John Henry (Brittany), Travis Johnson, Brayden Atkins, Jared W. and Kaylie Johnson. He is also survived by 5 Great Grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
