He is survived by: his wife Tresa Ruby (Sandy); his children, Jessica Lynn Beckman (Kevin), Amanda Jean Ruby, Christina Anne McGilvary (Josh), Peter James Kelly and Justin Daniel Rhoads; his sisters, Linda Sue Cook (Russell) and Mary Lou Ruby (Scott Keller); his brother-in-law Mark Wesler; and his granddaughters, Alydia, Maliah, Brooklyn, Heaven, Peyton, Naomi and Layla. He is also survived by Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
