With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Ditty (New Paris, Ohio), born in Greenville, Ohio, who passed away on July 13, 2019 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, La Verne and Phyllis Ditty (Peters); her brother Franklin Ditty; and her nephews, Brandon and Justin Peters.
She is survived by: her husband Steve Schmidt; her children, Rob Holsapple of New Paris and Christy Hager (Robert) of New Madison, Ohio; her grandchildren, Danika Mann, Brent, Dylan, Kynnedi and Reagyn Hager; her siblings, Robert Peters (Scherie) of Greenville, James Ditty of New Madison and Linda Woodyard of New Madison; and her pets, Jazzy, Trixie and Flash. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
