He was predeceased by: his parent James Warth; his wife Carole Warth (Holsapple); and his brothers, James Warth and Gene Warth. He is survived by: his parent Myrtle Warth (Morris); his sisters-in-law, Shirley J. Warth of Richmond, Helen Roberts (Holsapple) and William Clark; and his nieces and nephews, Sherryl Nuzum (Warth) of Kennesaw, Deborah Van Winkle (Warth) of Hagerstown, Jeffrey Warth of Richmond and Timothy Warth of Florida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
