It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry William Emerick of New Paris, Ohio, born in Richmond, Ohio, who passed away on December 27, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Emrick and Elizabeth Emrick (Stigleman); and his daughter Jessie Emrick. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Emrick (Bobbie Michell) of St. Augustine, Shelly Wittlinger (Gary) of Englewood, Dionne Marti (Tony) of Greenville and Josh Emrick of Richmond; his grandchildren, Chelsey Hainz (Lake) of McCordsville, Ryan Wittlinger of Colorado Springs, Andrew Wittlinger of Chicago, Brayden Emrick of Columbus and Victoria Marti of Ansonia, Ohio.; and his siblings, Patti Ebersole (Homer) of West Manchester, Judi Shroyer of Arcanum and Rick Emrick (Elaine) of Richmond. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and countless friends.
