She is survived by: her father Richard "Orange" Cummins of New Paris; her sisters, Nikki Johnson (Jesse) of Ravenna, Kelly Klosterman (Stephen) of Camden and Jodie Cummins of New Paris; her grandmothers, Ruthie Cummins of Lewisburg, Ohio and Patricia Wisener of Van Wert; her nieces and nephews, Justin Johnson (Allyssa McCracken), Alexis Johnson, Mekenkie Miller, Adler Klosterman, Marie Napier and Lauren Klosterman; and her aunts and uncles, Amy Futrell of Lewisburg, Tony Cummins (Karen) of Palestine and Kim Lare (Mike) of Convoy, Ohio.
