It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Elaine Hunt of New Paris, Ohio, born in Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on September 8, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Smith and Elizabeth Sims Smith; her former husband Harold Robert Hunt; and her granddaughter Sandy Oakley Hopkins. She is survived by: her fiancé Ralph Dungan of New Paris; her daughters, Joy Mackey (Ken) of Hagerstown and Renee Oakley (Ron) of Lynn, Indiana; her grandsons, Caleb and Rob Mackey; her great grandchildren, Natasha Hopkins and Noah Stonebraker; and her brothers, Elmer Wilmot, Earl and Bill Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
