James L. Skiles Obituary
In loving memory of James L. Skiles of New Paris, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who departed this world on January 12, 2025 at the age of 55. He is survived by: his sons, Lance S. Skiles (Taryn) and Joseph P. Skiles (Doniqua); his parents, Larry J. Skiles (Kay) and Bonnie S. Hunter (David); his close friend Nanette Markley; his granddaughter Valorie Skiles; and his siblings, Robert Wheeler (Susan), Matt Wheeler (Lori), Amber Clark (Jess) and Jackie (Jim Adkins).
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Barnes Funeral Home - New Paris (109 W Main St, New Paris, OH 45347). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the Spring Lawn Cemetery (201 Cedar Springs Rd, New Paris, OH 45347).
