He is survived by: his wife Carol D. Ballinger (VanWinkle); his children, Tammy J. Wackler of New Paris, OH, Randy, Gina Ballinger of New Paris, OH, Michael Scott and Cindy Ballinger of Greenfield, IN; his brothers, Harold D. Ballinger (Edith) of McKee, KY and Walter E. Ballinger (Deloris) of Berea, KY; and his grandchildren, Natasha Hart (Jason), James Wackler, Bradley Ballinger (Claire), Daniel Ballinger (Megan), Andrew Ballinger, Ben Ballinger (Joy) and Aaron Ballinger. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
