He is survived by: his children, Rosa Corey of Eaton, Michael E. Hofacker of Greenville and John Hofacker of Versailles; his siblings, Rocky D. Hofacker of Castine and Connie F. Levering (Pam R. Studebaker) of West Manchester; and his pet Eric. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
