He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Bowers and Olive Bowers (Seibel); his wife Anna L. Bowers; his great grandchild Andrew Bowers; and his brothers, Maynard, Gerald and Herman Bowers.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly A. Garber (Nathan) and Dennis C. Bowers (Luanne); his siblings, Royce Bowers (Donna) and Esther Williams; his grandchildren, Dawn Garber, Leslie Copper, Chad Garber (Anne) and Brad Bowers (Dawn); and his great grandchildren, Gracie Copper, Madison Copper, Olivia, Ruby, Mary, Caroline Bowers, Gabrielle, Madeleine and Evelyn Garber. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
