He is survived by: his children, Chester, William Welz, Mary and Elizabeth Welz of New Paris, OH; and his sisters, Julianne Egner of Eaton, OH and Kathy Richardson (Bill) of Naples, FL. He is also survived by grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
