She is survived by: her children, Ellen Hall (Dale) of New Paris, Tom McWhinney (Lori) of New Paris, Ed McWhinney (Vickie) of New Paris and Gina Ballinger (Randy) of New Paris; her grandchildren, Carolyn Thalls (Rick) of Richmond, Michael Hall (Tracy) of Mead, Scott McWhinney (Jen) of Richmond, Johnny McWhinney of New Paris, Tim McWhinney (Kelly) of Bloomington, Jennifer Boggs (Chaz) of Lewisburg, Tony McWhinney (Kristen) of Eaton, Angela Votta (David) of Alpharetta, Georgia of Milford, Bradley Ballinger (Claire) of Milford, Daniel Ballinger (Meg) of Milford and Andrew Ballinger of New Paris; her great grandchildren, R. J., Gracie Thalls, Desiree, Ryder Hall, Zach, Aiden, Emma, Blakely, Mia McWhinney, Bryndle, Breeley, Brielle Boggs, Brady, Adrianna Votta, Elizabeth and Colette Ballinger; and her brothers, Meredith Wesler (Wanda) of New Paris and Beryl Wesler (Phyllis) of New Paris. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.
