She is survived by: her sons, Lenard Lewis of New Middletown and Jason Lewis (Megan) of New Middletown; her siblings, Ron Clow of Palmer, Tom Clow (Cheri) of Thornville, Robert Clow (Dorothy) of Florence, KY, Sandy Hixson of New Middletown, Susan Lewis (Kermit) of New Middletown and Sharon Pink (Tim) of East Palestine, OH; and her grandchildren, Leonard, Sierra, Chyenne and Kitana.
