He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Metzka and Sally Chuckovich Metzka; and his siblings, Gerald Metzka and Sally Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Kathy I. Gillam; his son Mark R. Metzka of Slippery Rock, PA; and his grandchildren, Trey and Marissa Metzka.
