Edward R. Tabaka Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward R. Tabaka of New Middletown, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on April 12, 2022 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Grusykowski Tabaka Sr. and Stephen Tabaka Sr.; his mother-in-law Kathleen Anzelmo; and his brother-in-law Anthony Anzelmo. He is survived by: his wife Francine Anzelmo; his daughters, Jaclyn Balluck (Stephen) and Jillian Tabaka; his grandson Klayton Edward Balluck of New Middletown; and his siblings, Robert Tabaka (Libby), Patty Dye (Bill), Stephen Tabaka Jr., Kathy Voytko (Tom), Rich Tabaka (Stephanie), Michael Anzelmo, Paul Anzelmo, Ann-Marie Chase (Bill) and Joelle Hatala (Bill). He is also survived by four nieces, seven nephews, seven great-nieces; and five great-nephews.
