He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas R. Hayes, and Ida DezioLozier Hayes, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Miller; his sons, Dallas Hayes III (Tiffany) of New Waterford and Dustin Hayes of New Middletown; his sister Patricia Barnes (Dennis Deemer) of New Middletown; his grandchildren, Hayden, Triston, Colton, Mia Hayes and Madison Harker; his nephew Michael Miller; his nieces, Lacie Harman (Scott), Samantha Barnes and Bonnie Miller; and his pet Bailey.
