Mills of New Miami, Ohio, born in Barbourville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 12, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Mills; his sister Evelyn Mills; his sister-in-law Karla Mills; and his stepson Casey Lee Conley. He is survived by: his mother Edna Mills (Hubbard); his wife Debra Mills; his son Willie B. Mills Jr.; his stepdaughter Christine Weissmann; and his siblings, John Mills, Jesse Mills (Lorraine), Maxene Holland (Lee), Edna Williams (Calvin), Judy Mills (Kathleen) and Bessie Shoemaker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
