With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steven D. Spicer of New Miami, Ohio, born in Hamilton, Ohio, who passed away on April 21, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Spicer and Irene Spicer (Flannery); his brothers, Tommy, Eddie, Jerry, Benny and Dicky; his son-in-law DJ Roark; his granddaughter Jessica Ann; and his great grandchild Madison.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Spicer; his children, Steven W. Spicer, Ashley Besanceney (John), Tina Widner (Tony), Francine Horton (James) and Michele Miller (Robert); and his nephew Benjamin Spicer. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
