He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Gabbard and Emma Jean Gabbard (House); and his siblings, Delores, Donnie and Bill Gabbard.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Gabbard; his daughters, Darla Brown (Doug), Julie Stamper (Jon) and Debby Holmes (Brian Graves); his grandchildren, Kristen Ross (Scott), Chad McDaniel (Jenn), Evan Stamper, Molly Stamper, Grant Holmes and Collin Holmes; and his sisters, Lois Balsinger and Judy Day. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
