He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hall and Mary Rinard Hall of New Matamoras, Ohio.; his siblings, Charles Nelson Hall of New Matamoras, Donald Hall of New Matamoras, Lois Taylor of New Matamoras and Sue Hoffman of Indianapolis, Indiana; his nephew Michael Gay of New Matamoras; his niece Leslie White of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; his parents-in-law, Howard of Marietta, Audrey Iddings of Marietta, Doris Loeber of Marietta and Ray Waters of Marietta; and his grandson Brice James Goeller.

He is survived by: his former wife Ruth Ellen Iddings; his wife Ruthie; his daughter Amy Ketchum (Damon); his grandchildren, Abigail, Molly, Nathan and Madelyn; his children, Chad Hall (Vickie), Brooke, Bridgette and Kirsten Goeller (James); his grandchildren, Cameron, Seth, Audrey and Sydney; his sister Carol Gay of New Matamoras; and his parents-in-law, Sally Waters of Marietta, Dr. Stephen, Sue Cupps of South Charleston and Jack Taylor of New Matamoras. He is also survived by 3 children and 10 grandchildren.
