She was predeceased by: her parents, Marolyn Ickler (Scrange) and Howard Ickler; and her grandson George Frankovich. She is survived by: her close friend Henry Cunningham; her children, Kelsey Gwennap, Kayla Ickler, Annie Cunningham and Tori Bowman; her siblings, Michael, Eric and Marie Ickler; and her grandchildren, Amelya-Lou White and Ariel Poole.
Tammy gave the gift of life through organ, tissue and cornea donation. The family requests that donations in Tammy's memory be directed to CORE, 204 Sigma Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238.
