He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Joshua Miller (Eliza) of Selma, IN and Valerie Hooper (Patrick) of St. Marys, WV; and his siblings, William Miller (Mitsuko) of Marietta and Janet Perrine of Newport. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
